“In the past week I have had contact with 3 A-1 employees and all 3 have been exceptional. Jesus provided a detailed assessment of the heat exchanger in my gas furnace. He was very professional and confirmed his assessment with the furnace manufacturer area representative. At my request, a few days later Ramon provided several heating and air conditioning options if I wanted to explore replacing the entire system. Ramon also provided excellent descriptions of the work and expected results for each of the options. I contacted Felix to establish A-1 as my go-to HVAC company. Felix was very pleasant and helpful explaining all of the aspects of their Maintenance Membership. I have had another company inspecting and maintaining my HVAC system for ten years. I am now having A-1 inspect and maintain my HVAC because of these 3 individuals. A-1 should ensure that they hang-on to these people and train other employees to interface with customers the way these 3 individuals take care of customers. Based on my experience, I would say that A-1 is fantastic and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.”
