If any unit shows wear, defeat, malfunctions, or needs repair, a written report will be given to you indicating the cost of repair. You will be able to schedule these repairs during normal working hours, further saving money by avoiding emergency overtime service calls.
Any repairs performed while this service agreement is in effect will receive a 10% discount off the labor and material rate for all air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration service repairs. In the event of a breakdown, your service agreement ensures same-day service for this property. Service agreement customers have priority.
