“This company is truly amazing! We encountered an issue late in the evening with our breaker tripping and trying to find someone late in the evening was a nightmare. I probably called 15+ companies with no luck even though they advertised 24/7 hours of operation. Fortunately, on my last attempt I was able to connect with Liz at A-1 Mechanical and Electric. She was able to get me scheduled first thing the next morning at 7am which fine since we turned our breakers off. Liz was amazing and so personable and patient with getting us taken cared of. The next morning at 7am on the dot, we were blessed with an AMAZING technician named Gerardo. He was able to find the source of our issue and explained what was happening every step of the way. You can definitely tell he enjoys what he does which explains why he has been with the company for 12+ years. Such great work ethics and someone who you can tell was trustworthy right from the start.
