“This is a 1-yr follow- up for a Carrier Performance 17 Heat Pump system, all – electric.
It was installed by Ramon & Crew (Carlos, Anthony, Angel + electricians Gerardo, Jesus, Vic, Eric).

The INSTALL: it happened in July of '24, in 110+ F. I cannot stress enough the commitment and hard work of this team – they were all fantastic.
Subsequent communication and maintenance visits, also impeccable. Thanks man, you rock.

The MACHINE(s): Ramon recommended Carrier, we looked at options, decided on this above- mentioned one. It' s a 2-unit, 3Ton and 5Ton.
Twisted original hvac design by the house builder, but Ramon knows his trade, he always finds solutions. Same for the electricians, excellent as well.
I was just a bit worried about the winter performance of this heat pump, non- gas system. It was flawless. My gas bill vanished, while the power bill still went down by 50% (which in turn was largely offset by the previously installed Solar, but that' s another story). To be fair, the previous hvac system, although a decent Lennox running on gas, was 19yr-old, a clunker by now, most likely.

So overall, very happy with A-1 Mechanical, Ramon&Comp as well as Carrier. Feels good.”
