Dear Mr. Davis: I am writing to thank you for the great job your company did in installing our three new Trane units. Your staff did an "A-1" job in all aspects of the process. We really appreciated the time that Dan Fox took to analyze our air flow patterns and design improvements to the existing ductwork. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Mike and his crew worked very hard ensuring the installation was completed as quickly as possible. Eric was wonderful in scheduling the payment arrangements and helping to solve rebate issues with Nevada Power. Equally important was your pricing which was a significant savings compared to other vendors we had contacted. The Rebates really helped too.

Dear Mr. Davis: Your repair experts, Troy and Alex, came proptly on the 20th of July to repair my air conditioner.
When they completed the job I phoned your office to speak to a supervisor.
Why? Well, in this day and age it is hard to find a true professional and when you do I feel you should let the boss know about it. 1. They were prompt. 2. They were cleaner and better groomed than most people seeing their doctor. 3. Most important is how they handeld my dog and made sure she couldn't get out and made freinds with her at my request.

Dear Mr. Davis:
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the prompt, courteous service I received today. Ed was exactly on time (a first in my experience with any type of repair call). He also spent a few extra minutes making sure I was familiar with the various fuse boxes and devices in my new home and explained how to install a digital thermostat.
